i'm watching live earth. madonna's on. she sucks. she was playing that ray of light song. she kept yelling at people "if you want to save the planet let me see you jump". it aas stupid. madonna is stupid. rock stars are stupid and stuff.

so i had an idea (it's kinda funny, but i'm actually serious about it)
i want to start a tradition that on the 4th july, every year, we should watch indepentants day, and rip the crap out of it. just a thought, i think it could be a very funny. also, we should also listen to as much will smith music as possible (boom shake shake shake the room)!
on to new releases:

both of these are new releases by the local hoons/sound system/ 1337 seletkah/ mc yeah! if you loved his appearance on mc VCR's album "i can make it on my own" then you'll love him in his second appearance on records.
i suggest that you listen to these, track 6 of "happy new yeah!" is probably my favourite

it's my bed time. infact, it's past my bed time. watched heroes today. it didn't really go anywhere. kinda annoying.
tomorrow we're having a painting party. ti's good to finally get it done.

01:50 pm - pleased
last night we did the dry album release party. it went fairly well. there were a couple of hickups, and the sound on stage when we played wasn't that good (i could hear heaps of boomy bass, and not much else at one point) so i was kinda stressing out most of the time :) - but apparently the sound off stage was really good. we got heaps of good comments and stuff, so that's nice.
it's strange how it can seem not that great from my perspective (maybe because i'm busy worrieing about the sound quality etc to just enjoy it, or maybe things are going wrong etc) but it still seems to be great to the audience. i guess that's good. andrew really enjoyed it.
yay, tomorrow's a holiday. i'm pleased. very pleased.

well, i just added a new cartoon to anewfashion. hopefully you find it ammusing.
i hope the cds come back from amstore in time for the gig on friday. it would suck if they weren't.
i have no reason to say won't, but you never know i guess.
well, i went round to my brother's flat for lunch today. it's not too skody. i made myself a long black. mmm it was pretty good. we sat around and stuff.
i've just finished eating a pear. it was half ripe. i prefer them a bit more jucy.
dana is cutting out curtains. the dog is outside barking and whining and being a pain in the ASCII.
